RegenLite
Laser Collagen Replenishment
Dr.
Patel remains committed to implementing the latest in laser technology
and has had special interest in the RegenLite Laser since she began
working with the co-inventors in 1997. Currently, she conducts RegenLite
studies in the areas of wrinkle reduction and acne scarring. Specifically
designed to target the microvessels in the upper layers of the skin,
this laser stimulates an increase in collagen production. This acts
as a natural filler agent toward improving the appearance of wrinkles
and depressed acne scars. RegenLite treatment are painless and require
no downtime. Most importantly, the laser does not damage the surface
of the skin; thus, the patient can return to work immediately following
a treatment. The RegenLite laser treatment offers an excellent alternative
to other invasive procedures for the improvement of wrinkles on
the face and neck, acne scarring and stretch marks. For additional

Hair Removal
State
of the art laser technology is used for hair reduction. A special
cooling device is attached to the laser which safely allows the
treatment of darker skin types. Hair reduction can be successful
on the face, chest back, arms, bikini, buttocks and legs of both
men and women. Laser hair removal can also be helpful for problems
with ingrowns and folliculitis.
Laser Surgery
State-of-the-art technology of CO2 and Erbium: YAG lasers are used
for laser resurfacing fine and deep wrinkles. The Erbium: YAG laser
is excellent for those looking for a more rejuvenated appearance.
This laser also reduces fine lines and wrinkles, improves blotchy
pigmentation, and sun damage, and sculpts acne scars. The Erbium
laser causes minimal postoperative redness and healing time is significantly
reduced to 5 to 7 days in most cases. The CO2 laser is used to treat
more extensive photodamage and deep wrinkles. Patients often have
a more dramatic improvement due to the shrinkage of damaged collagen
and elastic tissue. Healing time is usually between 10 to 14 days.
CO2 and Erbium:YAG lasers can be used in combination for a deeper
result and reduced healing time.
